Management Advisory Committee

The management of BHIF is supported by the Management Advisory Committee, which advises on aspects of the company including its future growth and strategic direction. The committee, excluding Board members and employees, comprise experts in their respective fields as follows:

Steve Abbott
Steve has been associated with the sales and marketing activities of two venture companies providing products and services related to the field service and repair industry, Maverick Technology Group and Kirus Solutions. Prior to his involvement in those ventures, Steve enjoyed a varied experience over 25 years with IBM and is now Chief Development Officer for The Principia.
Bob Becker
An Area Manager for Prosperity Mortgage Company, Bob is responsible for a 100-person mortgage origination platform in northern Virginia and West Virginia. The company is a joint venture of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Long & Foster Realty, the largest privately owned real estate company in the country.
Ed Benton, Esq.
Managing Director, HumanMove LLC. Prior to founding HumanMove and several other successful business ventures, Ed practiced corporate and securities law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in the firm’s New York, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. He is a member of the New York Bar.
Don Carson
Radix Technologies, Inc., Mountain View, CA, and retired Lockheed Program Manager.
Larry Castle, Esq.
Castle, Meinhold & Stawiarski, LLC, Denver, CO.
David Paul
David Paul.Retired US Air Force Reserve Colonel and CEO of Cameron Consulting International, which specializes in developing and strengthening company structures for start-ups and small firms and having them focus on their value proposition.

Jill Rustici
Having worked for a variety of health and welfare service organizations over 30 years, Jill has served as administrative director, purchasing agent, manager of human resources and has coordinated multiple, complex projects.
Art Slattery
Partner, Phoenix Realty Group, Bedford, NH; Chairman of the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission; and recently District Vice President of ARELLO (Association of Real Estate Licensed Law Officials).
